[On the evening of the 19th Sept, after Olwen's announcement of their next mission, Mukuro addresses the network.]

Evening Ellipsa.

...Given the announcement of the upcoming mission to the Heart Will Go On Glacier's portal to Hell, I wanted to give a delayed mission report of our preliminary expedition there a year ago, so we can use the intel to strategise accordingly.

[This definitely wasn't Mukuro's favourite subject- her eyes seeming a little unfocused as she picked up some notes from just off-screen. Ones she made beforehand, to ensure she didn't miss anything.]

Even if you are an experienced combatant, take extreme caution and prepare adequate defensive measures in advance. That is all.

[Pause. She hesitated, debating ending the call there, before adding; ]

Actually... this is not part of our main objective, but I will offer 1,000 Mooncoins if anyone locates a human hand- the left- wearing a brown leather combat glove down there and brings it out. I don't want it just staying there...

Doctrine of Exposure | Video | UN: The One Who Waits

[It is 3am when the video goes live. At first it is dark wherever this is taking place. The camera moves through a dark wide open hall. The arms of a stone statue, outstretched, can be seen for only a moment. That is until it turns to a doorway. Light slices through the darkness like a blade as the camera moves in to show two figures hunched together in front of an open refrigerator.

One is the Lamb, who is chewing and eating some sort of meat from a container.

The other is the Goat, eating moldy strawberries out of a plastic container.

Both look over at the same time, their eyes almost glowing in the darkness. The light on the camera flashes as the video saves a picture of the two together, staring at the one who has caught them late night/early morning snacking.

The Goat hisses.]

It is 3 hours past the witching hour. The Lamb is devouring monster meat. The Goat is eating moldy strawberries. These are our leaders.

[Narinder's tone is deadpan and clearly tired.]

[The Goat SCREAMS.]

[The Lamb stares with an expression that can only be read as ?????? in facial form and munches faster.]

THE SOUNDS OF YOUR HOOVES WOKE ME UP!

[Narinder screams back and ends the video.]

Mod Announcement - September State of the Game

✨ BIG NEWS!

✨ The mod team has discussed it and we are going to be changing applications, invites, and reserves to be PERMANENTLY OPEN!

✨ How will invites now work?
Invites are still only one per person unless earning an extra invite from the reward system. However, invitations will remain valid for one month from the date of acceptance. So if someone's invite is accepted on September 1st, they will have until October 1st to get in their application. Those with an invite are also more than welcome to change who they intend to apply for if they find a character vibes better with the setting.

✨ How will reserves now work?
Reserves last two weeks from posting your comment. As always, you DO NOT need a top-level on any TDM for the reserve, it's just there for quick links for people to find your character.

✨ How will applications now work?
Applications still function almost the same. The only difference is that applications will now be processed over the weekend. If revisions or clarifications are requested, you have 72 hours from the mod response to address the revision or request. If, after those 72 hours, there is no reply, the application will be rejected.

✨ How will AC check-ins work?

If a character is applied for the same week when the AC check in occurs, the player will NOT be required to check in that character. If a player has other characters in-game, they will still need to check in those characters.

✨ What about OOC Intros?

We will post one at the beginning of the month and link it in acceptance comments! So please keep an eye out for any new comments as they come!

✨ We're still fine-tuning and ironing out a few details, but characters will be able to learn and gain magical powers in addition to the magical powers they already have or as brand new abilities. There will be pages dedicated to the magical powers and how to gain them!

✨ There will be three main branches, but a character DOES have the ability to learn ALL three branches with time.

✨ Magical abilities will be connected to activity in game, length of time in the game, and completion of various Quests.

I have made the decision to make a PSA. Today, I will introduce to everyone someone you should all become friends with.

See that cute girl right next to me - you know, the shorter one!! Her name is Firefly, and she's one of the sweetest girls I know! She likes oak cake rolls and seeing new things, but she's also a bit shy, so I'd like for her to meet new people. You wouldn't say no to that face, would you?

All right, this is the first test drive!

[Guizhong is somewhere on the outskirts of Nightwake City - the landscape and weather mark it as between the spring and summer segments - and she levels the camera carefully on the front of what looks like a... small, one-person airship with an engine (a little like a modified Manacutter).

It definitely looks like something she somehow cobbled together, but the engine is running and it appears to be working.]

I wanted to make this public so I could get some opinions about what I could improve.

[She hops on board. The engine revs, and then--

Guizhong yelps audibly as the whole vehicle shoots forwards without her, giving the image of the woman flipping head over heels and landing in a heap as the airship zooms ahead several metres before losing altitude, hitting a rock, and toppling over. There's a couple of moments of silence before Guizhong's voice pipes up again, gaining volume as she closes in on her device.]

I'm all right..! I'm all right. Wow! That was exciting.

['Exciting' is probably not the correct word.]

Never mind opinions. I think I need a mechanic.

Does anyone have advice for if your Pokemon hates everyone that isn't you or your other Pokemon and is way overly protective of you? I've tried talking to Frills about it, but he's stubborn. He bit Porty. He was mean to Mecchan.

[ SecUnit is still posting things that are just text on a screen. It's replies would mostly be that as well, sorry. ]

Honest question; if someone is choosing to finish a contractually obligated quest with you, would you tell them to turn back? Because I find that to be a very dickish move. It would be like saying, "I don't care if you violate your contract, I am going to finish this quest without you". I mean, I get that there are a lot of humans who are capable of a lot more than the humans in my world were capable of when it comes to things like fighting or protecting themselves. But it just seems like a rude thing to say.

Originally I wasn't gonna do an introduction and just let everyone have the misfortune of meeting me organically. I know it's possible that I've been here before and I've grown really fond of running into people who already know me after all!

I looked at the calendar and realized that it's been over half a year since I first got here. I'm the only one from my world here, and while I don't mind being by myself, it's different.

And the people that I care about and know back home... it's strange, the idea of knowing people here more than I've known them.
